RVN Chassis Kit
We didn’t just design a buggy; we designed a build process...
The RVN includes a 3/16” laser-cut fixturing jig. This foundational design synchronizes with our CNC mandrel-bent tubes featuring etched part numbers and location markers for effortless assembly. With the included jig and detailed guide, a competent fabricator can tack this entire chassis together in a single weekend.
Finally, a buggy that fits you. With a generous 54” shoulder width and optimized cage height, the RVN comfortably accommodates drivers up to 6’5” with a proper helmet and suspension seat setup while still maintaining a compact overall profile.
The main structure is 1.75” .120 wall DOM, with a subframe of .188 wall DOM for maximum impact strength.

- Optimized for Double Triangulated 4-Link (Front & Rear) using 16" coilovers
